Bei Certiport sind bereits die neuen Examen für die Office 2016-Edition mit ihren Inhalten und Prüfungsnummern veröffentlicht worden:
- 77-725 Microsoft Office Specialist: Word 2016
- 77-726 Microsoft Office Specialist: Word Expert 2016
- 77-727 Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel 2016
- 77-728 Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Expert 2016
- 77-729 Microsoft Office Specialist: Powerpoint 2016
- 77-730 Microsoft Office Specialist: Access 2016
- 77-731 Microsoft Office Specialist: Outlook 2016
Aufgrund der Vergabe der Prüfungsnummer scheint es als ob es nur noch jeweils eine Prüfung zum Expert-Status benötigt wird.
Des Weiteren werden auch wieder Änderungen am Prüfungsverlauf und Darstellung in der Edition für Microsoft Office 2016 implementiert:
MOS 2016 exam task instructions generally do not include the command name as in previous versions. For example, function names are avoided, and are replaced with descriptors. This means candidates must understand the purpose and common usage of the program functionality in order to successfully complete the tasks in each of the projects.
Wann diese Prüfungen zur Verfügung stehen und auch in anderen Sprachen wie Deutsch ist derzeit noch kein Releasedatum bekannt.
